Nava R. Silton, Ph.D. received her B.S. from Cornell University and her M.A. and Ph.D. from Fordham University. She is a Psychology Professor and is the Program Director of the Psychology Department at Northeastern University - NYC. She serves on the mental health team of Manhattan Day School and Gan Aliya. She also runs the Youth Department of a local synagogue. She has received numerous teaching, advising and research awards. She has published ten edited textbooks and over three dozen peer-reviewed journal articles, encyclopedia entries and chapters. Silton worked at Nickelodeon, Sesame Workshop and MediaKidz and consults as a Developmental Psychologist for children's media networks (including Disney, Apple, Netflix, 9Story Media, etc.). She has appeared over 250 times on Fox 5 News as a Parenting and Developmental Expert, and has appeared on Good Day New York, Good Day Street Talk and NBC. She also created two award-winning comic book series, The Realabilities Omnibusand The Realabilities Mental Health Edition. Her award-winning off-Broadway Musical, Addy & Uno (which ran for over 18 months on 42nd street and played in over 75 schools). She is now developing her Children's TV shows with top children's media companies. She created five games via Dr. Nava Games that teach about relationships, kindness/SEL, creativity, grit and executive functioning, respectively. Additionally, she has a Parenting and Child Development Podcast entitled: A Cup of Java with Dr. Nava. Silton also penned four award-winning screenplays and was named one of the top 50 screenwriters on the ISA Fellowship Slate. Silton has seven children, three boys and four girls.
Michael Scanlon

Michael Scanlon is an accomplished creative director, illustrator, and character designer. As longtime art director for Sesame Street (HBO Max & PBS), Michael was responsible for the visual development of all new animated content across all platforms including: Monster At The End of the Story, Elmo's Wonderful World, Abby's Amazing Adventures. His work has garnered both Daytime Creative Emmy Awards and Clio Awards. He has a body of work that spans over sixteen years in children's media and includes clients such as Nickelodeon (Wonder Pets!, Wallykazam, Shimmer & Shine), Disney Junior (Pupstruction, Small Potatoes), The Dodo (Rescue Babies), Amazon Studios, BBC, and Fremantle Media. Most recently he developed the look and oversees the animation of Tab Time for YouTube Originals.
